Whistleblowing

Our firm with reference to the Gender Equality management system has activated special reporting channels in order to enable an employee or a person from outside the firm (such as a freelancer, collaborator, intern, volunteer, supplier and stakeholder), who performs activities at the firm, to report a behavior, act or omission that, constituting a violation of national and corporate laws, practices, norms or policies related to gender equality, harms the interests of our firm.

Reports may be submitted through the following communication channels:

Registered letter

By forwarding a communication bearing the report by registered mail. The registered letter should contain inside two sealed envelopes: the first includes the data of the whistleblower, together with an identity document; while, the second, will include the subject of the report. Both envelopes should be addressed to the designated Whistleblowing Manager at the following address:

E-mail

By forwarding a communication bearing the report to the email address whistleblowing@studiogra.it. Alla comunicazione dovrà essere allegata una copia del documento di identità del segnalante.

Orally

By requesting a face-to-face meeting within a reasonable time, at the request of the whistleblower, with the Whistleblowing Manager.
