“ A contract is like a film script.
It makes it clear what each actor
must do. ”
Alice Moroni, Lawyer
A contract must make provision for everything that might arise between the parties involved and when we draw one up we pay special attention to the world that it will regulate. Is it a fashion company? A private clinic? A chemicals company?
We immerse ourselves in that particular world and anticipate all possible scenarios in order to define the principles that will govern the life of its characters. It is a creative and wide-reaching task, especially when it involves EU and non-EU actors. And its full value becomes apparent when difficulties arise and only the clarity of an agreement can simplify any potential dispute between the parties.
