When we deal with problems between a business and its employees, we go beyond standard procedures.

Each case is unique, and knowing the stories behind a person’s behaviour is fundamental. Careful management of the relationship with the company’s human resources can lead to valuable opportunities for smooth interactions between players who do not stand in opposition to each other but are each the power behind the other. Sometimes we find that a soft, conciliatory tone works best. Other times, a stronger, but tactful, tone is called for.
